After that, according to Wiki, the first real Minimum Wage was established by the National Industrial Recovery Act of 1933 at $.25 per hour but the Supreme Court shot it down in 1935. <br /><br />It was not re-established until 1938 when the Fair Labor Standards Act was passed.
