Tuesday Tidbits...

Now, if yesterday was an example of how summer SHOULD be, I'd give it a gold star.
That was a very mild day, and quite comfortable.
Today looks to be more of the same.
Our Hoosierland weather brings us mostly sunny skies, temps climbing to around 79 degrees, and maybe a slight chance of a stray shower (no one seems to know when). Still, it's a keeper.

Okay, so the three things changing in and around FTW are the TEMPS, AREA FLOODING and TORNADO ACTIVITY.
(none of which mankind can REALLY control...who'da thunk that?)
Everyone's gonna be SO surprised when they find out it's our PLANET that is changing (as is the universe) and that mankind has had a more insignificant impact than the "go-greeners" could ever believe.
At least our monarch got to work on his tan in Hawaii. Coulda done the same thing HERE...lol.

The kids had a pretty good day, with a few rounds of "catch me if you can" tossed in.
Then there was Gallifrey trying to follow me around.

"But I like being close to daddy."

First rule concerning that - use the word FOLLOW and not stand in FRONT of me (that gets you stepped on if you're not careful).
Violet knows how to follow daddy. She needs to teach her "brother" the intricacies of this.
*** Let's check in with "Midnight and Whiskers"...

Whiskers almost never misses lunch.

The furry twosome once again spent most all day close by, and that meant everyone was here for lunch.

Midnight likes "the waiting game".

I'm not used to that, but it's always good to know they're not in harm's way outside the perimeter.
I think they really liked the cooler temps, especially at sunset for back step treats.

We're working on "table manners".

Caruso was also giving out leg rubs like they were going out of style...lol.
He's a good cat and he has to have had some major domestication somewhere. He's too affable to be the least bit feral.
*** Last back to Stark Tower...Avengers Endgame is now THE largest grossing movie OF ALL TIME.

The movie Avatar is now in SECOND place...sorry, Jim...them's the breaks.
I suppose it's not bad, considering I'm not overly fond of the ending to Endgame. But, that's just my opinion.
There's a lot regarding time travel which gets overlooked and makes little sense.

Do I think the NEXT phase of the MCU will be better? I doubt it, but they kept a few from the last phase for a return.
Like I always say...sometimes, change is not really as good a thing as those marketing it would have us think.
But, time (and profit margins) will tell...as they always do.
