Believe It...Or ELSE...

Time once again for some of those wonderful people that, by doing the things they do, make us ALL feel just a little bit SMARTER...AND WISER!
--Ever have one of those days when you wish YOU were a superhero?
Apparently some men are now feeling a lot LESS heroic (and a lot MORE incarcerated) after their METH LAB blew the hell up in their faces yesterday in Kosciusko County. The house was located at 11207 N. HUMPTY DUMPTY DRIVE (I swear I don't make this stuff up). One man was seriously injured and went to the hospital.
The explosion was triggered by one of these idiots deciding to light a cigarette in close proximity to a batch of meth being cooked.
And what part of the word DANGEROUS didn't he take time to follow? Who says cigarettes can't kill (or at last come pretty damn close), eh? I'll bet that's one blow (up) job THESE morons won't be forgetting in the near future (as they sit their asses in jail).

--Then here's the story from our very own SOUTH SIDE of Fort Wayne. Another man (who must have seen the movie FANTASTIC FOUR) was attempting to become the next HUMAN TORCH when his leg (and most of the house) went up in flames this past weekend at 2703 E. Maple Grove Ave. Mr. Numbnuts was washing off some car parts in GASOLINE (not one of MY top twenty choices of cleaning solutions).
Anyone capable of owning a home should KNOW that there might be open flames present (such as the HOT WATER HEATER PILOT LIGHT...or the FURNACE PILOT LIGHT), and as anyone with HALF a brain knows...it's not the LIQUID part of gasoline that will combust, it's the FUMES. And gasoline LOVES to give those fumes off (for free). That's why they make PARTS CLEANER SOLUTIONS (ever hear of Berkabile 2+2?), that are a lot less dangerous and cheaper per gallon than that 82 octane you've been using, Buck!
Suffice it to say, the (formerly nice) car parked in the driveway was "grilled to perfection" (so much for those CLEAN parts going back in, eh?), as was a large part of the house and garage. I can hear his insurance company laughing all the way over here!

--Local moron gets 24 years for torturing her 2 kids. This is one of those sadder then humorous stories, yet you have to smile at the way a person (and I use the term loosely) can be allowed to BEAR children, and then get away (for as long as she and her "boyfriend of the month") with abusing them (smacking them with a broomstick while the boyfriend tried to make them drink BLEACH) and falling through the cracks in the system.
Eventually, Juquita Pledger's actions caught the hell UP with her. On the up side, all FOUR of her former tax deductions (read children) have been moved to the care of others. Sorry, Juquita, but the only "free-ride" you'll be getting for a while will be at the end of some splinter-laden broomstick (talk about irony) in cell block D! And her boyfriend will be the new "bitch" in his block as well. I suppose that's justice was served. If this "woman" isn't the new poster child for FORCED STERILIZATION, I don't know WHO is.

--More Southside Shootings:
1) A man walking down S. Clinton St. was shot in an attempted robbery Sunday night. He made it to Foster's Sports Pub (a local watering hole where our white trash druggies congregate) where police found him and took him to the hospital in critical condition.
2) Officers were called to 4522 Woodlyn Court Saturday night when a woman reported a shooting. Police found a man (the woman's husband) on the floor under a blanket with a gunshot wound to his arm. The couple had been arguing, and that the husband had threatened to kill her (talk about a pre-emptive strike) with a pair of scissors. He also choked her and hit her several times.
Both were taken to the hospital, and no arrests have been made yet.
Ah...the bliss of ethnic marital life, eh?

--And more Southside Robberies:
1) Saturday- 26 Jan- 2043 hrs. Two men robbed a motorist at the intersection of Roosevelt & Bowser. BOTH robbers were BLACK, one had a silver revolver (sound familiar?) and the other a black semi-automatic. BOTH wore ski masks, BOTH were in their 20s, BOTH wore all black.
2) Friday- 25 Jan- 0400 hrs. Two men broke into a home in the 5500 block of S. Calhoun, demanding money. The home invasion left the couple living there bound and without their wallets. Police found the basement door kicked in. Although a complete description of the robbers was not available, they BOTH wore masks and brandished handguns (sound familiar?), and are most likely BLACK, so I'd wager there is a lot of commonality going around.

Sure nice to know that crime is going DOWN in the city (I would take that to mean that crime is HAPPENING, and NOT on the decline).
And the city is making sure all those nasty guns aren't winding up in the wrong hands...aren't they? But these PEOPLE are still carrying them.
(wait a minute...no they're not)
That's the main problem...it's these PEOPLE.
So when I speak about idiocy, I speak to the PEOPLE that can make these OTHER PEOPLE go away...and ask: "What the hell is taking YOU people SO DAMN LONG"?

Never heard SO many "crickets" during the winter...have you?
